Return & Refund Policy

Return within 30 days of purchase.

We stand by our products with a free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with any of our product purchased from us, return it within 30 days of delivery. We can only accept item(s) that are return without sign(s) of wear and tear or in original sold condition.

Customer are responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us.

15% re-stocking fee deduct from order value (excluding shipping charges).

International transaction, currency conversion charges will be borne by buyer.

Shipping charges/fee, will not be return in any condition, if paid, generally we not collect any shipping charges from our buyer/customer.

Custom Duty / Import Duty / Govt. Tax paid by buyer/consignee will be not be return in any condition, cause these payments not paid to us. – We only collect(s) tax(es) which applicable by law at origin country.

If a product is defective, we will pay for the return shipping OR send a replacement part(s) whenever possible.

Custom made order / Tailor made product(s) cannot be returned until if order product(s) or item(s) not as per agreement.

Refund will issue within 10 business days from the date of return accepted and refund claim accepted and completed. We will refund the invoice price by the original method of payment.

Gemstones and Precious Metal product(s) will returned without the grading / authentic report will not be processed and will be return to the sender. If buyer wish to return without the grading / authentic report, in that case the report / authentic process done at our end and fee expenses deduct from invoice value (excluding shipping fee).

Our return process is very easy. Login to your account -> click on ‘View your Order History’ -> all your order history will appear, click on ‘red eye button’ to view your order detail for particular order -> a full order information will appear and click on ‘red arrow button’ for return -> fill ‘Product Returns’ form and done. All process is automated and display all order related history and update on Order Detail page.
