Shipping FAQ
When will my order ship? : Typically all order will process within 2 business day and ship.
Shipping Mode : We ship Domestic and International, we tie-up with DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, TNT like shipping company for shipping your order.
Combine Order : Its not always possible to combine orders, however we try our best to combine all your order, and shipped together.
Order Tracking : Click on “Track Your Order” at bottom of every page. The tracking number (if available) will be appear on Order Detail for each “shipped” order.
Product Price : Our website support multi-currency, select appropriate currency on top of every page during check out.
Shipping Fee : If applicable, appear in check out page during order or buyer will inform in advance before order confirmation. Shipping fee show on “Order Detail” page.
Delivery Time : Typically, order will arrive within 2 weeks. We are not liable if any delay by shipping company and custom clearance at buyer’s destination. Transit time does not include the day an order placed, Public Holiday, Saturday or Sunday.
Why is my Order on Hold ? : An order is place on hold when we do not have the correct billing address or take time to payment process or restricted shipping destination.
Dispatch and Transfer of Liability : Liability for the delivery is transferred to the buyer upon departure from our premises.
Intellectual Property Rights : Any design, sketches, art work, engineering drawing, proofs, digital files – cad files, 3d files, photos/images etc. originated by seller or buyer are submitted in confidence and will not be disclosed to any buyer or any third party, unless otherwise agreed in written consent.
Guest : Currently we not support Guest Checkout. Login to access full website. Without Login there are website access restriction.
What if my order arrives damaged or is incorrect ? : We take great care in packaging your orders, but if your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue and ensuring you receive the correct items.
Do you offer international shipping ? : Yes, we do offer international shipping to many countries. During the checkout process, you can select your country from the list of available destinations.
What happens if my order is lost in transit ? : If your order is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team, and we will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or provide a replacement.
